DAY 01 ARRIVE DELHI
Arriving Delhi - The capital of India. Meet and Greet at the
Airport. Transfer to Hotel for check in. Break fast at the hotel.
Afternoon take a city tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi visiting
Qutub Minar, Humayun Tomb, India Gate, Parliament House, President
House, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat. Evening witness "Sound
& Light" show at Red Fort to get a glimpse of the History of
the Fort. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 02 DELHI / RANTHAMBORE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Ranthambore
National Park, a project tiger and a heritage site because of
the picturesque ruins that dot the park. There are lake palaces,
'chhatris', old fortifications and a majestic 1,000-year-old
fort, overlooking the park. On arrival, check in at the hotel.
Evening free and overnight at hotel.
DAY 03 RANTHAMBORE NATIONAL PARK
Early morning take an Elephant Safari and watch wild animals
and birds in their natural surrounding. Afternoon take a Jeep
Safari. Evening free and overnight at hotel.
DAY 04 RANTHAMBORE / SARISKA
Early morning Elephant Safari. After breakfast, check out form
the hotel and proceed for Sariska Tiger Reserve, once the royal
reserve of the rulers of Alwar. Declared a sanctuary in 1955,
It became a tiger reserve in 1979 under Project Tiger. Inside
the reserve is the historic Kankwari Fort ' where the Mughal
Emperor Aurangzeb once imprisoned his brother Dara Shikoh. On
arrival, check in at the Forest Lodge. Afternoon watch wild
life from Watch Tower. Evening free and overnight at Forest
Lodge.
DAY 05 SARISKA / BHARATPUR ( Keoladeo National park )
After breakfast, check out and visit the famous fort. Afternoon
drive down to Bharatpur ( Keoladeo National Park ). On arrival,
check in at the hotel. Evening watch the rare birds and overnight
at hotel.
DAY 06 BHARATPUR / AGRA
After breakfast, check out from the Hotel and drive down to
Agra , en-route you will visit the abandoned city, Fatehpur
Sikri , one of the capital cities of Emperor Akbar. It is a
town complete with caravan serais, gardens, country yards and
bathhouses, besides the hall of public audience and hall of
special audience. On arrival, check in into the Hotel. Overnight
at the hotel.
DAY 07 AGRA
After breakfast, take a city tour of Agra visiting famous Taj
Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world. The Taj Mahal
was built in memory of Shah Jehan's wife Mumtaz Mahal who died
after 17 years of marriage. It is a monument, which has drawn
upon the creativity and skills of engineers and craftsmen from
many parts of the world. Then we will visit to Agra Fort, which
was started by Emperor Akbar in 1565 and completed by his grandson,
Shah Jehan. The fort walls, stretching over 2.5 km are surrounded
by a 10-meter wide moat. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY 08 AGRA / DELHI
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive down to
Delhi. On arrival, check in at hotel. Evening free and overnight
at hotel.
DAY 09 DELHI
Check out from the Hotel & transfer to the International Airport
to connect flight for onward destination.
